woo! finally askar zucchetto dropped for us last night - we've been alternately spamming nyzul100 and nyzul80 for tsolamogola's goliard body and my askar head, he got his body last week I think and last night I got my hat! I'm at work right now so no screenshots of thanobighead :(
We did another Tinnin for Mithroy on Saturday, got crap drops - Oracle's Cap (which went to Shosei) and a Shusui, which sold this morning from my bazaar for 1.5m. No Alkalurops for me :(
We did an LS merit party for a couple of hours last night, Beni and I both needed merits for whm spells (bar- effectiveness and ShellraV). We ended up getting about ~60k xp, I got 6 merits and I'm not sure how close I was...maybe it was more like 55k, lol. Another session like that and I'll have capped bar- merits. What was super annoying were the people who camped on the edge of the ledge and pulled from both middle and bottom bird xp areas. Like, seriously? You can't find another place to xp when there's clearly parties here capable of killing everything? So until they finally gave up, instead of the area supporting two parties doing awesome chains, it was three parties getting really pissed off (or at least I was pissed off...) and getting mediocre xp. I hate that shit :( I told them that I hope they die - not very nice, I know :\ but I was angry! and it was bedtime! and wanted my xp so I could go to bed >:[
Anyway, was a good weekend. We'll be spending this next week meriting, doing nyzul20, and trying to farm Suzaku for a few items we need for the cerb fight scheduled on Friday, so no time for personal ffxi adventuring! not that I do that anyway....
